If you watched the first season of “Big Mouth,” you might wonder just how much story there is with an animated series about teens going through the trials and tribulations of puberty. Just how many sex jokes are there? Well, as we enter Season 3 of the series, it appears that “Big Mouth” isn’t slowing down anytime soon and there are still plenty of jokes to be had.
The new season of “Big Mouth” finds our characters back and ready for more awkward, hilarious situations where their hormones run crazy. The trailer for the next batch of episodes features jokes about toxic masculinity, incest, and a game show that is all about touching your genitals. It’s pretty wild and most definitely funny.

“Big Mouth” features the vocal talents of John Mulaney, Nick Kroll, Maya Rudolph, Jason Mantzoukas, Jordan Peele, Fred Armisen, Jenny Slate, and Jessi Klein. And to make the series even more exciting, joining the voice cast are Ali Wong and Thandie Newton. Kroll, Andrew Goldberg, and screenwriter-directors Mark Levin & Jennifer Flackett are co-creators of the series.
Season 3 of “Big Mouth” hits Netflix on October 4.

In Season 3, Big Mouth focuses on what’s like to be going through puberty now. The show continues exploring human sexuality and everything around it, tackling issues such as cell phone addiction, female anger, the vast spectrum of sexuality, Adderall abuse, dick pics, toxic masculinity, and of course “how to have an orgasm.” As the end of seventh grade rapidly approaches, Thandie Newton shakes things up as Missy’s new Hormone Monstress, and Ali Wong joins the cast as a new student who makes everyone at Bridgeton Middle question their sexuality. The season culminates with a superhero showdown that brings long-simmering tensions to a head and tests even the strongest friendships.
