Fans of cult cinema are more than familiar with the name, Nico Mastorakis. The director behind such fare as “Island Of Death,” “Zero Boys,” and “Terminal Exposure,” kicked off the ’90s co-helming “Hired To Kill.” It’s an entry into his oeuvre fans will want to track down, and thanks to Arrow Video, its arriving on home video newly restored and looking better than it ever has.
Starring the legendary Oliver Reed, George Kennedy and Brian Thompson, the action flick centers on mercenary Frank Ryan, who is sent to track down a rebel leader in hostile territory. Posing as a fashion designer, he won’t be going at it alone, as he’ll be aided by seven beautiful — but deadly — female fighters. This exclusive clip is a great way to get a flavor for the movie which flexes a lot of attitude from both the men and women in the cast.
