One of the many things that arrived in the fallout of “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice,” was a deleted scene (watch it here), which teased supervillain Steppenwolf, while Jesse Eisenberg‘s Lex Luthor waddled around in space goop. And because everything is planned out nine steps ahead in comic book movies these days, of course, that was just a taste of the character who will appear in the upcoming “Justice League,” and with filming now wrapped, word has arrived about the actor behind the character.
The Wrap reports that Ciarin Hinds plays the motion-capture character, which will look different than how you saw him in ‘Dawn Of Justice.’ In case you’re wondering just who Steppenwolf is, he’s the uncle of Darkseid, and a military commander of Apokolips. Basically, he’s going to give the Justice League something huge to fight against. But there will be another character to possibly keep an eye out for: Iris West.
Kiersey Clemons, who is set to star in “The Flash,” though the movie is now on the rocks due to director Rick Famuyiwa leaving, filmed an Iris West cameo for “Justice League,” according to Variety’s Justin Kroll. However, whenever or not it remains in the theatrical version, or appears in Zack Snyder‘s inevitable Extended Makes-The-Movie-Better Edition we’ll have to wait and see.
“Justice League” opens on November 17, 2017.
FLASH updates: Nothing clear but have heard its very possible this moves to a fall '17 shoot and likely pushing release but nothing official

Also lot of you asking about Clemons, she did shoot a cameo in LEAGUE and has a deal to play Clemons, so she's not going anywhere

If she somehow did fall out, WB could just cut that scene since LEAGUE similar to when Sony cut Shailene's scenes in SPIDEY

Oops she has cameo to play Iris not Clemons, duh
