If you haven’t seen Spike Lee’s latest film, “BlacKkKlansman,” you owe it to yourself to rush out to your local theater and give it a watch. The film is an interesting look at the incredible true story of Colorado Springs’ first Black police officer, Ron Stallworth, as he attempts to infiltrate the Ku Klux Klan. As you might imagine, the film tackles some dark, and disturbing, issues, but Lee’s style and humor come through to present audiences with a thoroughly enjoyable trip through some of the roughest parts of our history.
