One movie that’s been a favorite this year around The Playlist offices is David Michod‘s "The Rover." The film premiered at Cannes to huge buzz and solid reviews, but when it hit theaters, it deserved a much bigger audience than it got. The good news is the movie is now arriving on home video, and we’ve got a couple of copies to give away.
Starring Robert Pattinson, Guy Pearce and Scoot McNairy, the sunbaked, slow burn thriller follows a man, in a dystopian near future, who single-mindedly tracks down his stolen car. Helping him out is the brother of one of the gang member’s that took the vehicle, and the pair embark on an odyssey that changes them both. It’s great stuff. So how can you nab "The Rover" on DVD?
