While details on the David Chase’s upcoming rock ‘n roll, coming-of-age drama are being kept under wraps, Production Weekly seems to have snagged the title, which is apparently “The Twilight Zones.”
Yikes. So we guess the guys in the band are major sci-fi nerds but as a band name it’s pretty terrible, and as a movie title it’s even worse. We can only imagine there will be one guy in every screening who is waiting for the movie to reveal a shocking twist. We sort of hope this is a working title that will get changed to something else before it hits theaters.
As we previously reported, a casting call has gone out for the members of the trio, and it favors musical experience over acting chops. The only other details known about the film at this time is that its set in the Italian-American community of the 1960s. Filming is slated to begin later this summer.
