‘Die Hart’ Trailer: John Travolta Teaches Kevin Hart How To Be A Badass In New Quibi Series

Kevin Hart is a pretty damn great comedic sidekick in a number of films, especially when he stars opposite Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson—such as in “Central Intelligence” and the “Jumanji” films. But in the new Quibi series, “Die Hart,” the actor does his best to learn how to be the badass lead.

As seen in the trailer for the meta-series, “Die Hart,” Kevin Hart stars as a fictional version of himself, a comedic actor that dreams of being the action lead. To help him fulfill his goal, he enlists in the Ron Wilcox action school, led by an aging coach (John Travolta) who wants to teach him everything he needs to know to become the next Vin Diesel or The Rock. And yes, that includes honing in on a good one-liner action catchphrase.

Joining Travolta and Hart in the cast is Nathalie Emmanuel. You probably know her best from her role in “Game of Thrones.” She’s also appeared in the “Fast & Furious” franchise, where she’s been able to flex her action muscles alongside some of the biggest action muscles in the world.

“Die Hart” arrives on Quibi starting on July 20, with new episodes airing daily until the “finale” on July 29.
