'Dog' Trailer: Love Is Complicated For Channing Tatum & His Difficult Army Ranger Dog

Channing Tatum is back with a very different partner in the new comedy “Dog.” The MGM release stars Tatum as a former Army Ranger with one goal: attending another soldier’s funeral. He’s joined by a Belgian Malinois that complicates everything while changing how the grieving veteran sees life itself.

Dog” marks an important milestone in the actor’s career as he shares first-time director duties with Reid Carolin. Tatum and Carolin previously worked together on “Magic Mike.” The popular title about male strippers was written by Reid — who also takes on writing duties for “Dog,” based on a story by himself and Brett Rodriguez.
