With Henry Winkler winning last year for “Barry” it wouldn’t surprise us if the other Emmy favorite, “Mrs. Maisel’s” Tony Shalhoub, took it home this year. That being said, Winkler could certainly repeat and both Alan Arkin and Tony Hale aren’t out of the race completely. [Updated Aug 13]
