An Exasperated Andrew Garfield Is Just “Done” With The ‘No Way Home’ Questions & Warns Eager Fans: "I'm Sorry In Advance"

Poor, Andrew Garfield. Sure, he’s an extremely handsome, talented, famous actor, but he’s also been absolutely pummeled with ‘Spider-Man’ questions during his recent press tours for “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” and “tick, tick…Boom!” People just can’t stop themselves from asking Garfield about whether or not he’s going to show up next to Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland, uniting the three big-screen Spideys, in the upcoming “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” And in the most recent video from GQ, where the actor goes on social media to reply to comments, you can just feel the frustration and exhaustion pouring out of him as he just doesn’t know what else to say about the matter.

We’ve seen, time after time, Andrew Garfield consistently deny that he is in “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” But with the inclusion of all the villains (some of which came from Garfield’s iteration of the hero), fans are just convinced he and Maguire are going to team up with Holland to take them down. Garfield has been asked by nearly every journalist who gets five minutes alone with him. And each and every time, the actor kindly denies the rumors and tries to explain that fans shouldn’t get their hopes up.

That said, it truly feels like Garfield has reached his breaking point in the new GQ video.

“Listen, at this point…I’m done,” said Garfield. “We’ll all find out when the movie comes out, and we’ll either be very disappointed or we’ll be very happy or someone will say, ‘I told you so,’ and another person will be like, ‘No, I told you so.’ We’ll all find out. I’m sorry in advance.”

One thing he did discuss regarding the three different Spideys is when it comes to their suits. Replying to a post about which suit of the three main ‘Spider-Man’ film suits that Maguire, Holland, and Garfield wore, the latter crowns the winner as Tom Holland’s first suit from “Spider-Man: Homecoming” as “the best.”

“Spider-Man: No Way Home,” with or without Andrew Garfield, arrives in theaters on December 17. You can watch the pure exasperation on the face of Andrew Garfield in the GQ clip below:
