The woods have always been a place where horror writers and directors find inspiration, to the point that Drew Goddard‘s "The Cabin In The Woods" tried to dismantle the setting and genre entirely. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t more original stories waiting in that milieu out there, and director Jack Heller looks to send a chill up your spine with "Dark Was The Night."
Today we have the exclusive teaser trailer for the forthcoming horror movie, and it sets the mood nicely. Starring Kevin Durand, Bianca Kajlich, Lukas Haas and Nick Damici, the film centers on a small town Sheriff who has to protect those around him when a logging company sets up shop and unleashes a dark evil in the woods nearby.
