The movie continues the franchise launched by “The Lego Movie,” this time spinning off Will Arnett‘s hilarious take on Batman into his own movie. Joining him for this new big-screen adventure will be Joker (voiced by Zach Galifianakis) and Robin (voiced by Michael Cera), and you can expect some unique interpretations of those beloved comic-book characters.
“Robin is a super-positive kid who always sees the glass as half full. Really, at the end of the day, he just wants a hug,” director Chris McKay told USA Today. “Michael brings the sweetness and honesty.”
“The Lego Batman Movie” opens on February 10, 2017. Check out the new images from the movie below.
