Got a Tip?

First Look Photos: Stallone In ‘Bullet To Head,’ Russell Brand In ‘Rock Of Ages’ & Zac Efron In ‘The Lucky One’

nullRinging in the new year? Not quite yet, but Warner Bros. is already a bit ahead of the game and has released some new images from their 2012 slate, including the musical "Rock Of Ages," the Todd Phillips-produced party comedy "Project X," Sylvester Stallone's action thriller "Bullet To The Head" and the Zac Efron weeper "The Lucky One" which is based off, what else, a Nicholas Sparks novel. Details and more photos below, so mark the ones that interest you on your calendar.

"Bullet To The Head"
Directed by Walter Hill ("The Warriors," "48 Hrs." "The Driver"), "Bullet To The Head" stars Sylvester Stallone, Sung Kang and has an April 13 release date.
Synopsis: Based on a graphic novel, "Bullet to the Head" tells the story of a New Orleans hitman (Stallone) and a New York City cop who form an alliance to bring down the killers of their respective partners.

null"Rock Of Ages"
Starring Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Malin Akerman, Mary J. Blige, Bryan Cranston, Alec Baldwin, Tom Cruise and directed by Adam Shankman, "Rock Of Ages" is scheduled to hit theaters June 1, 2012.
Synopsis: "Rock of Ages" tells the story of small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew, who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood dreams. Their rock 'n' roll romance is told through the heart-pounding hits of Def Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison, Whitesnake and more.

null"Project X"
Starring Kirby Bliss Blanton, Jonathan Daniel Brown, Oliver Cooper, Alexis Knapp, Thomas Mann and Miles Teller (is it just us or have a few Hollywood agents anointed this kid, the teen in "Rabbit Hole," the next star-to-be?), "Project X" arrives in theaters on March 2. Produced by Todd Phillips ("The Hangover"), the film was directed by Nima Nourizadeh and interestingly enough, "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World" co-writer Michael Bacall shares a writing credit here as well. Slightly noticelable? This one was supposed to have been shot in 3D, but there's no mention of it on the WB site. Maybe that's just an oversight.
Synopsis: "Project X" follows three seemingly anonymous high school seniors as they attempt to finally make a name for themselves. Their idea is innocent enough: let's throw a party that no one will forget… but nothing could prepare them for this party. Word spreads quickly as dreams are ruined, records are blemished and legends are born. "Project X" is a warning to parents and police everywhere.

null"The Lucky One"
Starring Zac Efron, Taylor Schilling, Jay R. Ferguson, Riley Thomas Stewart, Adam Lefevre, Blythe Danner and directed by Scott Hicks, "The Lucky One" lands in theaters on April 20.
Synopsis: U.S. Marine Sergeant Logan Thibault (Efron) returns from his third tour of duty in Iraq, with the one thing he credits with keeping him alive–a photograph he found of a woman he doesn't even know. Learning her name is Beth (Schilling) and where she lives, he shows up at her door, and ends up taking a job at her family-run local kennel. Despite her initial mistrust and the complications in her life, a romance develops between them, giving Logan hope that Beth could be much more than his good luck charm.
