Scott Grimes, Kevin Durand and Alan Doyle have all joined the cast of Ridley Scott’s “Nottingham” “Robin Hood.” Grimes is the red-headed looking manboy from “ER,” Durand played the Blob in “X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Dolye is the lead singer of Celtic Canadian sea-chanty/pub drinking band, Great Big Sea.
Doyle will play, what else? A “roving minstrel and needed help when his love was being forced to marry another man.” Great Big Sea are generally pretty terrible, but big in Canada, go figure. We’re sure they’re very nice people though, we just could live without that music for the rest of our lives.
