Got a Tip?

‘Hangover 2’ Headed To Thailand After All

Earlier this year, rumors began circulating that “The Hangover 2” would find the comedy trio of Zach Galifiniakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms taking their debauchery around the world to Thailand for the highly anticipated sequel. But director Todd Phillips quickly put cold water on those rumors saying, “I don’t know. There’s a lot of rumors. There was rumor also that it was going to Mexico or something and neither are true.”

Well, perhaps Phillips was throwing up a screen because ComingSoon are confidently reporting that according to their source, production is indeed headed to Asia this fall and the film will take place in Thailand.

The film will need to be knocked out fast as it’s currently slated for a May 26, 2011 release date. And Phillips will definitely be busy, as he’s also producing the low-budget party comedy “Project X” which is currently filming, and will need to do press rounds for his upcoming comedy “Due Date” set to hit theaters on November 5th.
