As seen in the trailer, “House of the Dragon” picks up where Season 1 left off with Westeros divided. There’s someone on the iron throne, but there are questions about his legitimacy. And the war to decide who will eventually sit on the throne is playing out in spectacular fashion. We’re talking dragons and political intrigue. Exactly what viewers want.
The series stars Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy, Eve Best, Steve Toussaint, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, Tom Glynn-Carney, Sonoya Mizuno, Rhys Ifans, Harry Collett, Bethany Antonia, Phoebe Campbell, Phia Saban, Jefferson Hall, and Matthew Needham. “House of the Dragon” is co-created by ‘Thrones’ mastermind George R.R. Martin as well as Ryan Condal. The latter of which is also the showrunner for the series.
“House of the Dragon is set to return on June 16. You can watch the trailer below.
