Jesse Ventura In Top Secret Wachowski Sci-Fi Project, Spills Details About The Film

Way back in December, word leaked that Huffington Post owner and editor Arianna Huffington had shot footage for a top secret sci-fi project by the Wachowskis. “On plane to chicago to take part in the Wachowskis’ movie on Iraq from the perspective of the future,” she tweeted and of course, the blogosphere blew up as fans tried to figure out what they were working on.

Former wrestler and governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura has revealed that he too has shot footage for the Wachowski’s upcoming project and said, “They put multicolored dreadlocks on me all the way to here. They gave me this crazy beard that was hanging down pointed, looked like Travolta, right? And they put a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Because what this is, is this is a hundred years in the future, and they wanted me to talk about the current war in Iraq and how I felt about it.” So a three eyed, dreadlocked, Jesse Ventura going off about the war in Iraq in a film set 100 years in the future? WTF.

Back in December CHUD claimed this was test footage and not principal photography. The site claimed that, according to their source, the duo were testing shooting on the highly popular digital RED cameras. But would they really still be testing three months later? After watching the documentary of the failed Henri-Georges Clouzot film “Inferno” we figure anything is possible (he shot test footage pretty much endlessly, but of course, the film never got made). If we had to make an educated guess, we would figure the duo are putting together some kind of rough outline/short version that they will shop around to try and get funding. In any case, it will be the most bizarre Iraq war movie ever.
