As we approach the end of 2024, it’s time to look ahead at what’s coming next year. And for HBO and Max, there’s quite a bit of noteworthy series arriving. As seen in the new sizzle reel of 2025 series, it looks like there’s quite a bit to be excited about coming to HBO and Max.
As for the biggest series in the sizzle reel, we’ve got fresh looks at “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms,” “The White Lotus” Season 3, “Peacemaker” Season 2, and “The Last of Us” Season 2. While the footage is brief for all of those series, it looks like each of them is going to deliver the goods for fans.
‘Knight’ is the latest spinoff of “Game of Thrones.” The series is yet another prequel and follows the adventures of Ser Duncan and his squire Egg. We still don’t have a release date for the show, but the footage looks exactly like you want from the series. That is to say, it looks like “Game of Thrones.”

“The White Lotus” is expected to bring a new all-star cast to Thailand for its third season. All eyes are on this series, as the previous two seasons have been some of the most acclaimed in recent history for HBO.
The first season of “Peacemaker” was one of the biggest in Max history, so it makes sense that Season 2 would already get hyped. Hell, production hasn’t even officially wrapped on the show’s second season and Max is already promoting it. All eyes are on “Peacemaker” to see how Season 2 aligns itself with James Gunn’s new vision of the DCU, when Season 1 was so clearly a part of the previous DCEU.
