"Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice" is coming, but you have to wonder if Warner Bros. felt compelled to add "and Wonder Woman" to the title of the film. The superhero has become as much of the marketing campaign for the movie as Batman and Superman, and more details about where we’ll find her character have emerged.

In the latest issue of Empire (via Comic Book Movie), it’s revealed that at the beginning of ‘Dawn Of Justice,’ the ancient warrior will be 5000 years old. And given that she’s seen the terrible things people can do over thousands of years, it informs how the character enters this new fight.
"Because she’s seen it all, she has seen what humans can do, so it was very hard for her to come back and fight," Gal Gadot explained.
Meanwhile, the big threat facing the trio of heroes in ‘Dawn Of Justice’ is Doomsday, and Zack Snyder is pretty pumped about the challenge the characters will face. "To go up against heroes like Batman and Superman, we wanted to introduce one of the DC Universe’s most iconic and powerful villains,” he said. "He is essentially an unstoppable force. He poses a real threat to the world within the film.”
