It’s fucking beautiful. Someone hire director Bruno Aveillan to direct your new moody opus stat! This thing is arresting. Wong Kar Wai, Sofia Coppola and Iñárritu, start watching your back. And oh shit! We were right about the “Babel” connection. The score for this thing was done by our boy Gustavo Santaolalla, composer of the Oscar-winning scores for the movies Babel” and “Brokeback Mountain,” and is known for all his work with Alejandro González Iñárritu (“21 Grams,” “Amores Perros”).
