New Photos From 'The Hangover 2,' 'Dream House,' & 'Limitless'

A handful of new images to share: first up is a new still from Todd Phillip‘s “The Hangover” sequel which shows Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis getting amongst it and clearly exhibiting two previously discussed physical transformations in Helm’s Mike Tyson-esque face tattoo and Galifianakis’ shaved head. Things have been extremely quiet on the marketing end for the film but all of that will soon change with the first trailer set to be unveiled this week.

Paul Giamatti, Liam Neeson and Jamie Chung are among the cast that inlcudes Justin Bartha, Mike Tyson and Ken Jeong who reprise their roles for the story which takes the party to Thailand for Stu’s pre-wedding brunch, which is destined to go awry. The highly anticipated sequel is due for release May 26th. [ComingSoon]

Next up is a new glimpse at Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz in Jim Sheridan‘s “Dream House” which stars the two and Naomi Watts in the director’s follow up to his 2009 remake of “Brødre.”

This latest effort from the Irish helmer sees him tackle the story of a successful New York publisher (Craig) who moves his wife (Weisz) and children to a New England town, where they buy the home of their dreams — only to have that dream shattered by the revelation that the previous tenants were murdered, leading the husband to team with a neighbor (Watts) to learn the truth about the crime. We’re eager to see what Sheridan can conjure with this talented cast in spite of the run-of-the-mill synopsis. Pic will hit theaters on September 30. [STYD]

New images have also been unveiled from Neil Burger‘s upcoming action thriller “Limitless,” an adaptation of Alan Glynn‘s novel “The Dark Fields” which will star Bradley Cooper, Abbie Cornish, Robert De Niro and Anna Friel.

The film will center on an unpublished writer whose dependency on a designer “viagra for the brain” drug hits a stumbling block when his stocks dwindle. The writer must then venture into the drug’s dark past to feed his habit all while suffering the drug’s side effects of sanity-splitting headaches, spontaneous blackouts, violent outbursts. Cornish will play a love interest of sorts (hopefully there’s a little more depth to her role) while De Niro will be playing a financial mogul who begins pursuing Cooper. The release of “Limitless” is just around the corner on March 18th. [MTV]
