Comedian Bill Burr has arguably made an entire career out of being an out-of-touch crank, but don’t mistake him for Joe Rogan, Burr’s savvier (and much more tolerant) than that. And Burr has had three comedy specials on Netflix so far, so in a logical extension of that deal; he’s co-written his directorial debut, “Old Dads,” which pitches his regular routine of old dude who doesn’t love change and is confused about today’s culture in a new comedy. Old Dads” co-stars Bobby Cannavale and Bokeem Woodbine and centers on three best friends who become fathers later in life and find themselves battling preschool principals, millennial CEOs, and anything created after 1987.

OLD DADS marks the directorial debut of Bill Burr, which he also wrote, starred and produced. The film follows three best friends (Bill Burr, Bobby Cannavale, and Bokeem Woodbine) who become fathers later in life and find themselves battling preschool principals, millennial CEOs, and anything created after 1987. This R-rated comedy will have you laughing out loud with its relatable, edgy, and generational-spanning storyline.
