Can you believe it’s only been four measly months since the new Quentin Tarantino film, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” was released in theaters? Maybe it’s the fact that our world seems to be falling apart around us, but 2019 feels like it’s just never-ending. Well, ‘Once Upon a Time’ is now making its way to digital outlets and will arrive on physical media next month, and to celebrate, Sony has released a new extended scene from the film.

The extended scene is from the time Rick Dalton, played wonderfully by Leonardo DiCaprio, appeared on the TV series “Hullabaloo” and did his, now famous, dance while singing a tune. It’s not a scene that feels completely necessary to the film, and it’s clear why Tarantino shaved a bit off when he released the final cut. However, if you were a fan of the filmmaker’s nearly-three-hour cut that was seen in theaters, what’s a few extra minutes?

The home release of ‘Once Upon a Time’ is getting a ton of special features, but perhaps the most interesting for film fans is how the release will come with 20 minutes of additional footage, such as the clip below.

As mentioned, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” is out now on Digital and will arrive on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD on December 10.

Here’s the synopsis:

Quentin Tarantino’s ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. The ninth film from the writer-director features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.
