‘Only Murders In The Building’ Season Two Trailer: Hulu’s 2021 Hit Returns With A New Season In June

Hulu has a hit on its hands with “Only Murders In The Building.” Both critics and audiences loved the show’s first season about a trio of true-crime aficionados that create a podcast about a death in their Upper West Side apartment building. And the show indeed shines as a charming, parodic take on a murder mystery, with Steve Martin and Martin Short at their late-career best. Their chemistry with Selena Gomez works, so, no doubt Hulu wants to keep things going.

‘Only Murders In The Building’ Teaser Trailer: Season 2 Hits June 28 On Hulu

The new season picks up where the previous one’s deadly finale took off (spoilers ahead!). After they discover who killed Tim Kono, Mabel, Charles, and Oliver become suspects in a new Arconia apartment murder: Bunny, the Arconia’s board president. Now, the trio must reckon with being the subject of a podcast themselves, with their favorite podcast host, Tina Fey‘s Cinda Canning, at the helm.

Martin, Short, and Gomez all return to star for the show’s upcoming season. Aaron Dominguez and Amy Ryan also return as part of the main cast. Recurring and guest roles include the return of Fey, Nathan Lane, Jackie Hoffman, Michael Cyril Clayton, and more.  

Newcomers include Cara Delevingne in the main cast, Michael Rapaport as a detective, and guest roles for Shirley MacClaine and Amy Schumer. As ‘Murders’ is an NYC show, expect lots of celebrity cameos, just like its first season.
