'Pixie' Trailer: Crooked Priests And Nuns Run Amok In New Film Starring Olivia Cooke, Ben Hardy & More

When Ireland is depicted on screen, it is often scenes of lush rolling hills and peaceful countryside cottages. Irish thriller “Pixie” takes a different approach and put the crime world of Ireland on full display.

The movie follows Pixie Hardy still reeling from her mother’s death. She decides to put together a ragtag team to pull off a heist that will avenger her mother’s death and allow her to leave her small town for good. But when things go horribly wrong, the trio unintentionally crosses an organized gang of criminals run by criminal priests and nuns. The group will have to scheme to make it out with their lives. As the trailer shows, plenty of shenanigans are bound to follow the trio.

“Pixie” stars Olivia Cooke (“Ready Player One“), Ben Hardy (“X-Men: Apocalypse“), Daryl McCormack (“Peaky Blinders“), Colm Meaney (“Con-Air“), and Alec Baldwin (“30 Rock“). The movie was directed by Barnaby Thompson (“St. Trinian’s“) and written by Preston Thompson (“Kids in Love“).
