‘Rubber Hut’: Emmy Rossum, Michael Imperioli, Ariana Greenblatt & More Join Early ‘90s-Set Condom Panic Pic From Director Hanna Gray Organschi

Actress Grace Van Patten (“Tell Me Lies,” “Nine Perfect Strangers”) will have some company in her new film “Rubber Hut’ as Emmy Rossum (“Shameless”), Michael Imperioli (“Song Sung Blue,” “Sopranos”), Ariana Greenblatt (“65,” “Ahsoka,” “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t”), and Rosemarie DeWitt (“Untamed”) have take roles in the ‘90s-set pic from first-time feature director Hanna Gray Organschi. It has Van Patten playing a young woman who decides to run a condom kiosk, hence the title, in a Catholic town in Rhode Island, which sees the use of condoms, sex for pleasure rather than procreation, as a blasphemous sin against god (as echoed by the church).

Other new additions to the cast, as mentioned in a casting update hailing from Deadline, include Chris Bauer (“His & Hers”), Fina Strazza (“John Proctor Is the Villain”), Fisher Stevens (“Succession”), and Ricky Staffieri (“The Bear”).
