Relive The First 7 Minutes Of Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Once Upon A Time’ In A New Extended Preview

When you have a film that clocks in just under three hours in length, what’s the big deal if the studio would like to give away the first seven minutes for free? Apparently, that’s the case with Sony and the new clip that was released from “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” from writer-director Quentin Tarantino.

As seen in the new “extended preview,” Sony has decided to just cut off the first seven minutes of the film and release it to the general public. If you haven’t seen ‘Once Upon a Time,’ the opening minutes do a great job of setting up the relationship between Rick Dalton and Cliff Booth, while also showing a bit of the meeting between a studio executive and Dalton that kickstarts the entire plot.

The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Margaret Qualley, Al Pacino, Dakota Fanning, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, Michael Madsen, James Marsden, and so many more. Seriously, everywhere you look, there’s another incredible actor.

“Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” is available now on Digital and will arrive on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD on December 10. You can watch the first seven minutes of the film below.

Here’s the synopsis:

Quentin Tarantino’s ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. The ninth film from the writer-director features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.
