Filmmaker Kristoffer Borgli has been having a good couple of years. He broke out thanks to the acclaim received from his 2022 film, “Sick of Myself,” and the filmmaker continued to set himself up as one of the most interesting young directors with last year’s “Dream Scenario.” Next, he has landed two of the biggest stars in the world for his next project, “The Drama.”

According to Deadline, Kristoffer Borgli is set to team up with A24 again to write and direct, “The Drama,” which will star Zendaya and Robert Pattinson. Plot details aren’t available at this time, but the report claims that the film is a romance that takes an unexpected turn right before their wedding.
Zendaya is probably best known for her roles in the HBO series “Euphoria” and the most recent ‘Spider-Man’ films. This year, she starred in “Dune: Part Two,” as well as the well-received tennis film “Challengers,” from filmmaker Luca Guadagnino.
Pattinson has been in a number of big projects. Most recently, he starred in the 2022 film, “The Batman.” He’s also set to appear in Bong Joon Ho’s new sci-fi feature, “Mickey 17.”
It’s unclear when we might see “The Drama” appear on the big screen. However, with one of the best up-and-coming filmmakers like Borgli and two massive stars, Zendaya and Pattinson, this film has instantly become one of our most anticipated releases.
