‘The Vow, Part Two’ Exclusive Clip: The Explosive Docuseries Returns More Access Inside NXIVM

When “The Vow” debuted on HBO, it quickly became a must-see series and one of the very best true-crime docs around. Telling the tragic, harrowing story of a group of women (many from Hollywood) lured into what is basically a sex cult called NXIVM, “The Vow” features an incredible number of twists and turns as it leads to its rather stunning conclusion. Well, considering the story of NXIVM and its leader, Keith Raniere, is far from over, “The Vow, Part Two” is now set to debut, continuing the unbelievable true story. 

With the first episode of “The Vow, Part Two” set to debut today, we are happy to give our readers an exclusive look at a clip from the new episode. As mentioned, ‘Part Two’ picks up where “The Vow” left off, but now, the series showcases new stories of people caught up in the NXIVM cult as well as the legal fallout facing Raniere and his co-conspirators.

Jehane Noujaim returns to direct episodes of “The Vow, Part Two.” The docuseries also includes exclusive audio of conversations with Raniere and his second-in-command, Nancy Salzman, as well as interviews with former members of NXIVM, supporters of Raniere, and legal experts. 

The HBO documentary series, “The Vow, Part Two” debuts tonight, October 17, on HBO and HBO Max. You can watch the exclusive clip below.

Here’s the synopsis for Episode 1 of the new series:

Prosecutor Moira Penza and defense attorney Marc Agnifilo prepare for trial after the arrest of Keith Raniere, Nancy Salzman, Clare Bronfman, Allison Mack and Lauren Salzman. DOS members Nicki Clyne and Michele Hatchette offer a different perspective into NXIVM, DOS, and Raniere, while Nancy Salzman, under house arrest, sits down to speak with the filmmakers.
