“Blonde”
In an attempt to explore how an unwanted child becomes the most wanted woman in the world, “Blonde” sees Ana de Armas as icon Marilyn Monroe. Based on the novel of the same name by Joyce Carol Oates, the film reimagines the life of Monroe from her childhood through to her rise to stardom. Directed by Andrew Dominik (“Killing Them Softly”), the film also stars Adrien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Xavier Samuel, Julianne Nicholson, and Lily Fisher.
“The Eternal Daughter”
The somewhat autobiographical film, written and directed by Joanna Hogg, tells the story of “a middle-aged artist and her elderly mother who confront long-buried secrets when they return to a former family home, now a nearly-vacant hotel haunted by its mysterious past.” “The Eternal Daughter” stars Academy Award-winning actress Tilda Swinton, Joseph Mydell, and Carly-Sophia Davies.

“The Banshees of Inisherin”
Writer/director Martin McDonagh reunites with his “In Bruges,” stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson, for his latest comic tragedy, “The Banshees of Inisherin.” The pair feature as lifelong friends who find themselves at an impasse when one of them puts an sudden end to their friendship. Not wanting to take no for an answer, the simpler half of the two keeps pressing the issue until things escalate to a dangerous level. Kerry Condon and Barry Keoghan co-star.
