We can all agree that kids in horror movies are the worst. They’re just terrible. They’re always in danger, they can’t save themselves because they’re, well, kids, and yet they manage to be utterly scary when you least expect it. In the two peeks at the film below (via IGN and Rope Of Silicon), we seen the spook scenarios that once again envelop the characters from the firs the film. In “Insidious: Chapter 2,” director James Wan picks up where he left off with the Lambert family still being hounded by spirits. The family must now explore the mysteries of their past in order to uncover their secret connection to the spirit world.
The film stars Rose Byrne, Patrick Wilson, Barbara Hershey, Ty Simpkins, Lin Shaye, Angus Sampson, and Steve Coulter. You can check it out when it hits theaters on September 13th. But if you need a scare sooner, Wan’s latest creepy effort “The Conjuring” arrives on Friday and it’s apparently pretty good.
