Earlier this week, Fox debuted "Gotham," which, according to social media, might be the best-worst-most-amazingly-terrible-show-ever (it was the first episode people, chill). Among other things, the series tracks young Bruce Wayne in the (many, many) years before he dons the mask and fights crime as Batman. But first his parents have to die. And they do.
That inspired Vulture to throw together a supercut of every time the tragic death of Thomas and Martha Wayne has been depicted on film or on the small screen. From "Batman" to uh, "Batman Begins," along with a couple of animated versions as well, you can see every time that fateful outing to the movies ended badly. Check it out below.
