This summer, audiences everywhere will see dinosaurs go rogue in "Jurassic World," a vision of the future in which man’s scientific hubris does them in. But what if dinosaurs didn’t become extinct, and humans evolved with them? That’s the premise of Pixar‘s "The Good Dinosaur" which will bring a cuddlier jurassic tale to the big screen later this year, and the first teaser is here.
The story here is simple: Arlo the Apatosaurus gets separated from his pack and must find his way home to his family, and along the way meets a young human named Spot. And the two become fast friends. “Arlo himself is what we would have become, able to articulate and have certain emotions and connection to family,” director Pete Sohn told Yahoo. “They’ve become us, essentially… I’m trying to treat Spot in a very kind of animalistic way, where he doesn’t speak very much. He’s very feral.”
"The Good Dinosaur" opens on November 25th. Watch below.
