New Trailer For The R-Rated, 3-Hour Extended Cut Of 'Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice'

We can all agree — well, almost all agree — that “Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice” was more or less the cinematic equivalent of a garbage truck that caught on fire and then crashed into a pile of tires. Instead, some of them were down to bad storytelling, in a way that sometimes stunk of a longer film where characters had things like motivations, but where those scenes ended up on the cutting room floor. Is that the case? Well, you’ll be able to find out in about a month, as the R-rated, three-hour Ultimate Edition of the movie will drop next month.

And you can now see some snippets of new footage for the film in a new trailer that came in today. Watch it above or below, and let us know if you think it’ll make the film any more watchable. The extended version will be on sale from July 19th.
