What is James Bond without an official license to kill? Perhaps it’s not a question anyone wants to answer, but it’s one the agent seems to be facing in "Spectre."

The first clip sees Ralph Fiennes turning very angry when he learns that the 007 program may be closed down. A bad idea if there are bad dudes like Christoph Waltz running around with evil schemes to unfold, but maybe spycraft of the future doesn’t need to rely on agents in suits doing gritty hand-to-hand work. It’ll be interesting to see where that notion goes in the new film.
