Plot details are slim on the new series, but “Willow” follows the Nelwyn dwarf sorcerer Willow Ufgood on an all-new adventure years after Howard’s film, as a princess assembles a party on a quest to rescue her twin brother, and Willow tags along.

Alongside Davis, “Willow” also stars Erin Kellyman, Ellie Bamber, Tony Revolori, and Ruby CruzAmer Chadha-Patel, Ralph Ineson, Dempsey Bryk, and Talisa Garcia also star.

Lucasfilm producer Jonathan Kasdan of “Solo: A Star Wars Story” and “Indiana Jones 5” teams up with “Arrow” producer Wendy Mericle as showrunners.  Jon M. Chu directs the pilot, and serves as co-executive producer with Kasdan and Mericle.  Jonathan Entwistle, of Netflix‘s “I Am Not Okay With This,” directs the rest of the series.

“Willow” is a lesser-known Lucasfilm fantasy but still a beloved one. Catch its return when the new series hits Disney+ on November 30. Watch the teaser below.
