Can a renowned retreat finally offer its guests a relaxing getaway? “The White Lotus” returns for a much anticipated third season. This time, HBO’s Emmy-winning original series introduces viewers to the staff and guests of the fictional hotel chain’s Thai location. Created, written, and directed by Mike White, this season sees White, David Bernad, and Mark Kamine serve as executive producers.

The series is known for its outstanding ensembles, and this season is no different. Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jason Isaacs, Lalisa Manobal, Michelle Monaghan, Sam Nivola, Lek Patravadi, Parker Posey, Natasha Rothwell, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tayme Thapthimthong, and Aimee Lou Wood, star.
Goggins is a standout among the newcomers to ‘Lotus.’ He portrays Rick Hatchett, a man described as rugged but with a definite chip on his shoulder. The actor has long been a favorite on various projects but has recently hit a career-high. He proves to be a valuable comedy talent on “The Righteous Gemstones.” Amazon’s hit adaptation “Fallout” shows off his ability to bring humanity and nuance to any role. The latter propelled Goggins to a second Emmy nomination, this time for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
Additional’ Lotus’ cast members include Nicholas Duvernay, Arnas Fedaravičius, Christian Friedel, Scott Glenn, Dom Hetrakul, Julian Kostov, Charlotte Le Bon, Morgana O’Reilly, and Shalini Peiris.
