Despite the ending of Taylor Sheridan‘s Neo-Western series “Yellowstone,” there are a couple of spinoff projects on the horizon, and Luke Grimes’ upcoming series “Y: Marshals” just landed a new teaser trailer as the follow-up show is now officially coming to network television and streaming in early March.
In the new show, we’ll see Kayce moving on from the Yellowstone ranch and joining up with an elite group of U.S. Marshals, where he can call upon his skillset to do some good in Montana and protect the state’s population. Showrunner Spencer Hudnut co-created the new chapter in the “Yellowstone” saga alongside Sheridan and David C. Glasser.

Some of those new additions to the “Yellowstone” universe include Logan Marshall-Green (“Upgrade”), Arielle Kebbel (“Rescue: HI-Surf”), Ash Santos (“Mayor of Kingstown”), and Tatanka Means (“Killers of the Flower Moon”) as the new wave of actors are set to play Kayce’s fellow marshals, with Brett Cullen (“Winning Time”) playing their boss.

With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Kayce Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family, duty, and the high psychological cost that comes with serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence.
101 Studios and Paramount Television Studios are behind “Y: Marshals” with an executive producing team that features Sheridan, Glasser, Hudnut, John Linson, Grimes, Art Linson, Ron Burke, David Hutkin, and Bob Yari.
Another spinoff show is also coming in the near future with “The Dutton Ranch,” which sees Yellowstone series regulars Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser reprise their fan-favorite roles of Beth and Rip.
“Y: Marshals” is set to premiere March 1, 2026, on CBS and is also going to be exclusively streaming on Paramount+ as well. You can view that new teaser trailer for the spinoff show below.
