Showtime really, really wants you to watch the upcoming limited series, “Your Honor.” Over the past three months, the network has released one teaser, a full trailer, and now a second full trailer to promote the series that made our Most Anticipated TV list. And honestly, I can’t blame Showtime for doing it. This is definitely a series you should make sure to check out.

As seen in the latest trailer for “Your Honor,” Showtime has pulled back the curtain even more on the event series and shows not only the plot but also the major players involved in the thriller. Bryan Cranston stars as a judge in New Orleans that has to help his son cover up a hit and run that ended in the death of a young guy. Unfortunately, as if covering up a major crime wasn’t enough, the guy who died is actually the son of a crime boss that vows bloody revenge on whoever did this to his boy. Also involved are some other shady folks both on the right side and wrong side of the law, just to keep things spicy.
As if a new TV series starring Bryan Cranston wasn’t enough to pique your interest, perhaps you’d like to know that “Your Honor” is written, produced, and showrun by Peter Moffat, who is probably best known for his work on the acclaimed HBO series, “The Night Of.” The cast includes Cranston alongside Hunter Doohan, Michael Stuhlbarg, Hope Davis, Carmen Ejogo, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Sofia Black-D’Elia, Amy Landecker, Margo Martindale, Lorraine Toussaint, Chet Hanks, Lamar Johnson, and Lilli Kay.
Showtime is expected to premiere “Your Honor” on December 6. Definitely plenty of time to release a couple of more trailers, don’t you think?
Update: a new “Your Honor” teaser has been released.
