“Revolting Rhymes” is the best of the bunch, but it’s length (29 min) hurts it in comparison to the other nominees. It’s almost a pick ’em then between a repetitive Pixar short (“Lou”) and a hand drawn short of basketball hero worship (“Dear Basketball”).
