Captain Marvel & The Avengers Have A Plan In New 'Endgame' Clip

Okay, people. It’s that time in the Marvel Studios marketing cycle where TV talk shows get to interview the cast and new clips are shown. So, if you want to see just about a minute’s worth of new footage from “Avengers: Endgame,” then here’s your chance.

The clip that is shown recently on “Good Morning America” doesn’t really tell you anything that you couldn’t probably guess already. However, if you’re really concerned about every last little plot spoiler, then maybe it’s not for you. For the rest of us, it’s an interesting little clip that shows what is probably the impetus for the film, and why the ‘Avengers’ are finally banding together one last time to beat the crap out of Thanos.

Plus, if you’re a fan of Brie Larson and “Captain Marvel,” then the clip shows a little glimpse at how the character is going to interact with the rest of the Avengers, and what leads up to the now-famous scene at the end of the second trailer where Thor says, “I like this one.”

Again, it’s fairly typical superhero stuff, all things considered. We don’t know what exactly happens, but apparently, Thanos uses an Infinity Stone again, which triggers some sort of energy spike that the Avengers can now track. So, Captain America, Black Widow, and the rest think that now is the time to strike back. And when it’s brought to their attention that last time they got their asses handed to them by the big purple guy, Carol Danvers is quick to mention that they have her on their side now, and there’s no way they can lose.

We’ll have to see how it all works out when “Avengers: Endgame” hits theaters on April 26.
