As seen in the trailer for “Den of Thieves 2: Pantera,” the film serves as a sequel to the original film and continues the story. The film follows Big Nick (Gerard Butler) as he continues his hunt for Donnie (O’Shea Jackson, Jr.) in Europe. However, when he finds Donnie, the two decide to team up for what could be one of the biggest diamond heists ever.
The new film stars Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson, Jr. ‘Pantera’ is written and directed by Christian Gudegast. The filmmaker wrote and directed the first “Den of Thieves” film and wrote “London Has Fallen.” So, clearly, he has a good relationship with Butler.
