This week, Charles, Mike, and Brian discuss two new films, the bodyswap slasher, “Freaky,” which timed its release perfectly with this Friday the 13th. The film stars Kathryn Newton and Vince Vaughn as a high school teenager and Jason Voorhees-inspired slasher, respectively. Next, the guys discuss “Fatman,” the Mel Gibson Christmas movie that is either “meh,” “fun,” or “god awful,” depending on which host you believe. And finally, the trio discuss David Fincher. Why Fincher? Well, today marks the release of the filmmaker’s latest feature, “Mank,” in select theaters. So, the hosts bring up their favorite Fincher films, while also discussing the various other films he’s worked on in his illustrious career. Yes, there’s even a little discussion about “Alien 3.”
