Ian McKellen reportedly discussed the progress of Guillermo Del Toro’s “The Hobbit” to audiences at a ‘LOTR’ marathon in London over the weekend. According to the actor, a Bilbo Baggins has been cast, a script for the film will arrive for him next week and production will begin next March when he is due to fly to New Zealand. Looks like they’ve got that green light after all?
