After a stint of television work in the early ’90s, Taymor’s feature debut was an adaptation of Shakespeare’s “Titus Andronicus,” starring Anthony Hopkins in an unforgettable performance. Her theatre background is apparent; since then, she’s directed adaptations of “The Tempest” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” the latter being a filmed version of her own live theatrical iteration. Other credits include “Frida,” “Across the Universe,” and most recently, the Julianne Moore-led “The Glorias.”

Last year, Goodhill broke onto the scene, writing Relativity Media eventually acquired the Gugu Mbatha-Raw and David Oyelowo-led fantasy-drama “Come Away, which premiered at Sundance. The story centers on a trailer park-raised young woman as she grapples with impending drama involving her mom and her new, gun-trafficking boyfriend. Liv Lisa Fries (“Babylon Berlin”) is attached to Margot’s role in a reportedly ensemble cast.

Taymor is producing the picture alongside Lynn Hendee and Chockstone Pictures partners Steve Schwartz and Paula Mae Schwartz.
