It’s been quite a while since Ryan Coogler worked on a non-Marvel Studios project. In fact, it’s been a full decade since the release of “Creed.” Well, before work begins on what is being teased as a “Black Panther 3,” the filmmaker has a horror film on the horizon, “Sinners.”

As seen in the trailer, “Sinners” tells the story of twin brothers who return to their home town in an attempt to start over. But when they get there, they realize there’s something evil waiting in the wings. What is that evil? Well, according to reports about the film, it’s vampires. Who doesn’t want to see a Ryan Coogler film about vampires? That sounds amazing.
The film stars Michael B. Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Benson Miller, and Delroy Lindo. Ryan Coogler is the writer and director of the film. As mentioned, Coogler is probably best known for his work on the two “Black Panther” films. However, before that, he worked on acclaimed films such as “Creed” and “Fruitvale Station.”
