New Pipe-Smoking Image Of Leonardo DiCaprio In 'Django Unchained'

There probably hasn't been any production this year more unpredictable than Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained." With actors dropping in and out seemingly at random or, as in the case of Jonah Hill, having to turn down a role only to be recruited months later for another one, what Tarantino finally delivers in theaters six months from now will be interesting to see, particularly when compared with the widely leaked script. What characters have been axed or streamlined? Has he created any new characters? Any cameos up his sleeve he's managed to keep secret? Well, until those questions are answered, here's new pic of Leonardo DiCaprio in the film.

As you already know he plays the baddie Calvin Candie, the ruthless plantation owner who has his hands on Broomhilda (Kerry Washington), the wife of Django (Jamie Foxx), who teams up with dentist/bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz) to track her down. With both 'Django' and "The Great Gatsby" opening in December, which old timey version of DiCaprio will audiences go for? The tortured Jazz Age romantic version or the scenery chewing, against type villain? Or will both cancel each other out?

So many questions, but answers will arrive on Christmas Day. [HeyUGuys]
