Will Byers is back, but nothing will ever be the same for the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana. The second season of “Stranger Things” is on the way, and everyone involved has been really good at talking about it, without revealing a single thing regarding what’s actually going to happen. But today, Netflix has pulled back the curtain ever so slightly, revealing a timeline, synopsis, poster and release date for the upcoming batch of episodes. Here you go….

It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the demagorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.

We already know that the giant, spider monster teased in the first trailer will be coming into view in the second season, and it sounds like we’re only at the tip of the iceberg in terms of the secrets Hawkins Labs are hiding.
