The upcoming comedy, “Night School,” has all the ingredients for what should be a huge hit. Comedian Kevin Hart is coming off the massive success of “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle,” and has consistently produced hit films over the last several years. His co-star in “Night School” is Tiffany Haddish, who exploded on the scene last year with her star-making turn in “Girls Trip.” Now, with their powers combined, “Night School” is hoping to be one of the biggest comedies of the year.
In the first trailer for the film, we get the general premise. Hart plays a superstar salesman, who is living his best life, when his job at a BBQ grill store literally blows up in his face. He then has to go back to school to get his GED, in hopes of landing his dream job in the financial industry. That’s where Tiffany Haddish shows up, as his night school teacher. Oh yeah, and SNL alum Taran Killam shows up as the nerdy principal, who is desperate for acceptance.
