Watch: 5 Romantic & Inventive Clips From Michel Gondry's 'Mood Indigo'

nullOne of our most anticipated films of 2013, “Mood Indigo,” is still without a U.S. distributor despite boasting the name of Michel Gondry in the director’s chair, and a cast that includes familiar arthouse faces Audrey Tautou, Romain Duris and Omar Sy. So far, we’ve certainly been piqued by what we’ve seen — a good serving of Gondry whimsy, combined with an adaptation of a beloved novel by Boris Vian — and these five new clips certainly raise the stakes a bit more.

Now, a warning — there are no subtitles here, but they are all still worth a look, if only to take in the visuals on display. From our lead couple Colin and Chloe (Tautou and Duris), launching up into the sky, or looking out a glass walled limo, this is certainly Gondry in top, creative form. Even breakfast gets a distinct makeover from the filmmaker and perhaps most of all, we get see Colin’s invention, his new take on the piano.

“Mood Indigo” opens in France on April 24th. Watch below.
